Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.
This email will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online via the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com), unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. Orders placed after 3pm will not be shipped until the next day.
We would also like to add that any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend may not be shipped until Monday.
Your delivery must be signed for. If no one is in at your given shipping address, a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office will be left.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery can only be achieved on orders placed before 3pm on Friday.

Take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that Royal Mail International Signed For service offers. With International Signed For a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Orders placed after 3pm will not be shipped until the next day.
Delays can occur in customs. Moreover your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.
We would also like to add that we cannot post items containing exotic skins to international destinations due to customs restrictions.
Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from pavilionfashion.com for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must inform pavilionfashion.com via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If however your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us. pavilionfashion.com is not liable for the cost of returning items
Return an Item
pavilionfashion.com guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund less cost of shipping, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn & unwashed, and with all labels intact, within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We do not accept any item(s) with any indication that it was used. In such cases, we will contact the purchaser and they will have to arrange for the item to be returned to them at their own cost.
You must include your name, address, order number, receipt, and reason for return with the returned item for it to be processed.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any gift box and postal delivery costs.
Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
pavilionfashion.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.
To return your item(s) do the following:
1. Log in to your account online.
2. Recent orders are listed. Click VIEW next to the order you wish to return.
3. Click Return Items at the bottom of the page.
4. Click on he items to be returned and give a reason from the list available.
5. Click SEND.
6. Package and return the items using a tracked postage service.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact pavilionfashion.com by phone on +441962 890707 or email email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either, refund, replace or repair your item.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
Items as Gifts
If you have received an item from Pavilion as a gift you can return it in exchange for another item. Â Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
You will have to register as a new or existing customer for us to process your exchange.
